 Simple tips for dealing with the negative energy in your home:

1. In order to get rid of the negative energy in your home, first, you have to identify the areas of it that have it.

 Is there an area of your home that you avoid visiting regularly for some reason? If so, ask yourself why. Maybe there is too much clutter there or, perhaps, you are storing too many old and/or unwanted items there. Is there something there that needs to be fixed immediately but you just put it off for later? Or, perhaps, the area itself reminds you of something bad that happened there a long time ago. There are plenty of reasons why a home may have negative energy in it.

2. What to do once you know where the problem is. 

 Deal with the problem immediately without putting it off for later. Once you know where your home needs you the most - help it! By improving your home environment, you are helping yourself the most. Renovations are a great way to change the look and feel of a certain area. It doesn`t have to be something extraordinary pretentious. Sometimes all you have to do is to change a light bulb. Other times, the problem could be far more serious. Note that if your home hasn`t seen a good spring cleaning for more than 20 years, it can potentially take you a lot of time to deal with the accumulated clutter. So don`t try to do all the work in one day when it`s impossible.

3. Everybody wins. 

 Your home will look nicer and you will feel better much better once you change things a bit. Like I said, it doesn`t have to be something radical. Even something simple like putting a reed diffuser is enough sometimes.

 There are 3 basic and very important tips for making a space pleasant. Add light, fresh air, and colorful things. I would also add living flowers on this list.

5. What to avoid. 

 In general, avoid accumulating more clutter by not buying things that you are not going to use or things that take up way too much space and yet you use very rarely unless they are very important to you. Avoid using rooms not as intended. Such as eating your meals in your bedroom for example. It is good to break the rules once in a while with a bag of chips or two but bringing and eating whole meals regularly is not ok.

1. Don`t get emotions in the way of dealing with money. Refrain from emotional buys. Simply avoid buying things on a whim. Carefully consider every buy. Don`t buy anything that you actually don`t need. 

2. Save your time and energy, not just your money. Yes, that`s right. Sometimes it is cheaper to call a taxi. It really depends on how busy you are. In any case, make your calculations well.

3. Be discrete about your finances. Just like happiness - money likes silence. Be ready to go great lengths (sometimes) in order to avoid talking about it. The less other people are involved in your personal finances, the better. 

4. Always have money aside no one else knows about. It will be harder to save your money if your friends who are big on spending money know you have money aside. It doesn`t mean you hate them for it. It means you are a responsible grown-up human being.

5. Always go after the quality and not after quantity when buying something. It the long run, it really is cheaper and more convenient. 

How to make your home more cozy?

  1. Hang more pictures on the walls.

2. Buy scented candles and incense sticks.

3. Have more decorative pillows.

4. Have decorations in different colours and shapes.

5. Always have something sweet to eat with which to welcome guests.

How to cure a hex

 You work and work, yet you find yourself without money. Your health suddenly starts suffering without any evident reason? Perhaps someone with an evil eye has looked at you without you knowing about it. Yes, someone might have hexed you.

 There are people who have evil eye and they unknowingly jinx other people. It is possible. Any energy healer and energy worker can tell you that you need some kind of protection against such people. I tell you this - you need protection against their energy, not them in particular. They may have been under a hex as well.

 So, what to do in case you are hexed? First of all, hexing someone and looking at someone with jealousy are two different things. You can`t assume anyone who`s jealous of you to be the one who has hexed you. It doesn`t work that way. The hex is really strong when this person actually tries to do physical things to you - small repeated symbols that you recognize (or not) and tries to do harmful stuff to you on a physical level. Even if they aren`t physical, after time they manifest in the physical realm. Clearly, though, from experience, I believe that the hex is drawing symbols and trying to control other people with fear which automatically lowers their vibrations. I don`t believe that much in the spiritual part of the hex. Or at least that I can say from experience.

 However, some people have really negative energy around them and we need to raise our own vibrations so that they no longer trouble us.

 How are we to do it? It`s actually really simple. First, is there something really cool and relaxing you love doing? Great! For me it is listening to music. Doing things you love is perhaps the best and most important thing you have to do first. If your home needs cleaning, it is advisable to do it but you should start with more pleasant thing. Remember, you are the important one - not your home, not anyone else. After having finished listening to music, I feel very relaxed. I even continue doing so while cleaning sometimes. Why not? Secondly, if you have something that is troubling you for quite some time - it is time to settle it. This is the best advice I can give regarding both practical matters and matters of the heart. Another VERY important advice: try to distance yourself from such low energy people physically. Try changing your environment. Wise people say: "Far from the eyes - far from the heart."

 Now, it is time to mention another thing. Not only people may have negative energy. There are objects too. In one of my previous articles, I have mentioned that an object which is 100 years old is believed to turn into a vampire. If that is not true, then think of it this way: who would hold such objects? An antiques shop owner only.

 In terms of pure energy cleaning - water is said to be the winner. The advice that one should drink plenty of water is really  helpful both for your body and your spiritual being. It clears toxins from your body and clears your mind.

 Silver is also known to have very good protective and cleaning qualities.

 Wearing red is also a very good choice according to some more versed in the matter people.

 Slow and prolonged deep breathing exercises are definitely good to do after having encountered a negative person.

 Curing a hex is a process that won`t happen overnight. It requires at least several weeks. It is like the way it had occurred - it occurs gradually (like the effect of the dominoes) and it goes away gradually. You can`t expect a fast result. You have to be really persistent in your willingness to get rid of the hex. Perhaps this is where you should start. If you do not want to get rid of it 100%, then everything you do won`t matter.

 Some of the advices such as wearing silver and wearing red are practical and for daily use. It doesn`t matter whether you have a hex or not. But the strongest protection is the faith in God.

 There is hardly anything more challenging than changing your home. Here, I want to provide you with a list of things that will help you make the transition easier. The things in this list are very basic and are based on my European perception of what a girl should always keep with herself in case of staying somewhere other than her base home for more than a week. And, of course, are what she should have when moving to a new place.

Things to do when you are bored

1. Solve Sudoku puzzles. Great training for your brain.

2. Listen to music. Music relaxes and uplifts your mood. 

3. Take up a new hobby. For example, start collecting things. 

4. Watch a movie with a friend. Go to the cinema. Even if you think there won`t be anything interesting to watch, give it a second thought, and you may be surprised.

5. Go on a hike in nature. Spending time in nature will definitely recharge your batteries. 

6. Play games on your computer. This advice is obvious but do not spend too much time doing it as this can backfire on your health.

7. Take up a new sport. While some sports might be out of your league, you should consider mild and enjoyable sports such as yoga, running and weightlifting. It`s a great way to train both your body and mind. 

8. Consider switching your diet to a healthier one. But mind you should consult with a dietician first.

9. Change your appearance. Go to a salon for a new haircut and perhaps a manicure. You may even think about changing your hair colour. And why not? The result might be very fun and transformational. 

10. Organise a party for your friends. Invite your friends over for a dinner party. You can also choose another place rather than your home for the gathering. It is up to you.

11. Use your time to get your legal affairs straight and organise your documents at home. 

12. And last but not least, use the time to do some shopping therapy. It is indeed one of the most therapeutic things you could do but also be careful not to overspend.

Food you should stop eating

 Today I embarked on a very hard task. I am changing what I eat drastically. I believe the unhealthy food I`ve been eating so far has made my body very sick. I won`t get into much detail about that but I want to show you why you may feel sick as well. This article is dedicated to all the food which is extremely unhealthy and you should stop eating right away.

 1. Processed meat. All kinds of meat. 

 I`m not saying you should become a vegetarian overnight. But meat nowadays is full of all kinds of antibiotics which cause very unpleasant problems for the human body. You may experience antibiotic resistance as well later on. My bet is that the meat you buy from the store is what causes your health issues. If you don`t own a farm and you have no idea what the cows or the pork you`re eating have eaten before that, you better not taste it at all. This is why I decided to become a vegetarian. 

2. White bread!!!

 I probably can`t stress this enough, but white bread is bad not only for people with diabetes. It is hardly such a portion of food with which you can fully satisfy your hunger. Why? Because it fastly rises your blood sugar levels and then they drop again very fast which makes it impossible for you to feel really full. It also contains gluten which is yet another unpleasant thing. Gluten sticks in your stomach and stays there for longer than you would prefer. 

3. Coffee!?

 If you want your health back, stop drinking coffee! If you are taking any kind of medication and drinking coffee at the same time, it`s almost like you haven`t taken any medication. It negates all the positives of the other things you`re eating and drinking too. It uses up your vitamin C and other minerals in your system. Being addicted to caffeine is not a joke and you should consider quitting on time.

4. Sugar and sweets.

 While dark chocolate with a high amount of cocoa in it is considered somewhat healthy, all other types of sweets are not. Again, it is especially bad for people with diabetes, and also for anyone else. Drink your tea without sugar. Use honey instead. 

5. All types of sauces. Ketchup, mayo, etc. 

 They contain chemicals. Enough said. If you want to spice your food up, use natural spices and prepare what you think your food is missing by yourself. It is a great bonus that nothing beats the taste of a homemade sauce. 

6. Carbonated drinks.

 I don`t even feel the need to explain myself to that obvious point. I haven`t been drinking such drinks for years and I feel a lot better without them.

Lifestyle Advice Time

 Here is a list of things I slightly changed over a certain period of time in order to bring more positive energy in my life. The process was more gradual than one may think. These things can`t be done all in one day, so give yourself more time if you decide to do the same.

1. I cleaned most of my house, starting from the attic. The attic is where we store most of our stuff we don`t use on a daily basis. Some of the stuff I found there, however, hadn`t been used in over 20 years! I managed to dispose of many unusable things and I had to buy many garbage bags (big ones) so I could get rid of the trash. My mother saw how diligent I was in this work so she started helping me. Our storeroom now is clean mainly thanks to her.

2. Donating older clothes and cleaning your wardrobe. There are many charity organizations that accept clothes for the less fortunate. My mother and I donated some this year. And I have to say, I`m glad that we did it. Managing my clothes now is much easier. I used to have pieces I didn`t wear which were in excellent condition and I used to feel bad about not using them. These clothes used to clutter my space. Now at least they will be put to good use.

3. I sunbathe most often. Do not underestimate the power of the sun! Direct sunlight in healthy doses every day is crucial for vitamin D. Sunbathing at least for 10-15 minutes a day is a very healthy habit to develop. It`s also said that this is a sure way to get rid of negative energies because they don`t like the sun.

4. I go out for a walk whenever I get the chance. Going out for a walk is very therapeutic. Even 10 minutes around the neighborhood, especially on a sunny day, will be very good for you.

5. Aim for balance in your life. Do you feel tired most often than not? Or do you feel angry? Perhaps both? Then you need to reevaluate the way you live and how much time you give yourself to recharge your batteries so to speak. If you don`t get enough sleep, for example, this can ruin your mood for a whole day. If you oversleep and wake up very late too, on the other hand, it can make you feel lame during the day.

6. Shower early in the morning. There is nothing more refreshing than a shower early in the morning. Not even coffee. Especially when the water`s not too hot. If you don`t have the time to shower, however, try just washing your face with water (and maybe add some gel wash too - your choice).

7. Find a relaxing hobby. An artistic hobby such as painting is also very therapeutic. Collecting things is also another one you can do. Listening to music is another good thing you can do.

8. Read more. Less TV. Many people prefer watching TV instead of reading. The benefits of reading, though, beat watching TV at any time! Wasting time in front of the screen only makes you more tired and watching those commercials in which everything seems so perfect makes you feel bad about yourself. This is made with the aim to make you buy more things which you may not even need - most of the time this is the case. And the news can be so negative! Truly, they show only the bad side of life 95% of the time. If you still want to be informed, though, you can also read the latest news on the Internet.

9. Surround yourself with positive and like-minded people. This one is obvious, yet I still feel I have to write it down. There are people who only drag you down. They are jealous, critical of you and want to bring you down to their level. Make yourself the favor not to connect with them and avoid them at all costs.

10. Take care of your appearance. It`s a proven way to boost your self-esteem and make you feel better about yourself. You`ll be pleasantly surprised what positive effect a new haircut or a new piece of clothing can have on you.

11. Drink plenty of water. Water removes toxins from your body, it`s refreshing (especially during summer) and it helps you lose weight.

12. Stop overeating. It`s far from healthy to overeat. And, besides, do you know any person who is over 80 years old and is overweight? No? There you have it. What is setting you off?

Start eating better.

Sugar gives you a high and then you crash. The next thing you know it, you are looking for more sugar to help build you back up. When there is sugar, there are calories! Snack on carrots with organic peanut butter, instead of sugary packed granola bars, candy, and crackers.



Portion your food better.

When you portion your food for the week, it can help you refrain from overeating. People who do this are able to keep track of their portions a lot better. This will also help you from skipping meals on the run. Additionally, it will help you resist snacking on foods high in calories. If time is not on your side, you can order meals or purchase meals that are portioned out already. 



Drink water.

"Filling your belly with water will naturally make you less likely to overeat," the author of the Flexitarian Diet Dawn Jackson Blatner explained to Health.com. She said that water helps you feel fuller, but it may be a sign of "symptoms of dehydration may actually be what's causing your rumbling belly." Before a meal, aim to drink up to a glass of water. Try this trick when you are dining out. This will help you avoid overeating and help you skip the appetizers.


Get adequate rest. 


A lack of sleep could be causing you to overeat. What happens when you are tired? You go for the sugary foods and for the caffeinated beverages to get through the day! These are the foods and drinks that pack on the pounds. Don't discount the importance of sleep as it is nutrition for the brain, WebMD explained. They went on to share that you need at least 7 hours of sleep. If not, the body will react and go for high-calorie foods to counterbalance the fatigue.



Stay away from the kitchen.

When those commercials come on, stay away from the kitchen except for mealtimes. How many times do we find ourselves wandering into the kitchen when we are not even hungry? Also, leave the food in the kitchen as eating meals in front of the television will make you consume more. When you feel the urge to go browse the pantry, go for a walk or play with the dog for a wholesome distraction.

How to lose weight without exercising

 For those of you who don`t exercise (like me), and yet want to lose some weight, there is good news. There are a few tips you can use to help you shed some pounds. There are certain lifestyle and diet changes you need to do in order to achieve this goal.
 Disclaimer: In no way I`m a professional dietitian and have no claims to be one. If you`re having health issues because of your current weight, you might want to consult with a doctor. 

1. Stop eating junk food. 

2. Drink more water. 

3. Don`t eat breakfast soon after you slept. Do it a few hours later.

4. Don`t eat after 7 PM.


5. If you`re taking medication that causes weight gain talk to your doctor to switch it or reduce the doses. 

6. Don`t overeat. 

7. Don`t drink and eat at once.

8. Eat less bread and pasta. Gluten is not your friend. 

9. If you`re a binge eater detect what triggers you to binge eat and take care of the problem some other way - not with food.

10. Stay clear of the kitchen. 

11. Start buying food of higher quality. This doesn`t necessarily mean bio foods. When you give more money, you`ll start buying less and eat less. Not to mention the benefits of healthier food.

12. Be sure to consume many fruits and vegetables throughout the day. This will do miracles with your body as well as your immune system.


13. Don`t mix a lot of different foods at once. For example - sour and sweet.

15. Never drink coffee on an empty stomach. It will boost your appetite unnecessarily. 


16. Eat slowly or with normal speed.

 As you`ll see I`ve also decided to include the top feng shui advice one can find on the Internet. Why? Because I know they work in your best interest. I know it first-hand.

1. No mirrors in the bedroom. Any type of mirror surfaces is to be removed because they create a circulation of too much In energy that can ruin relationships. The recommended colors for a bedroom are balanced or just Yang (it is your choice after all). Not just in Feng Shui but also in many different cultures, including the Bulgarian one, it is said that mirrors in bedrooms bring negative energy. 

2. The entrance of your home should be bright, clean and clear of clutter. This includes all the jackets you should have put back into the wardrobe because it is not their season yet. 4. Wardrobe. Try giving away clothes to the homeless and poor. Most of us have too many clothes and there are clothes we don`t like or are outdated. Those clothes may be valuable to other people even if we don`t see it. It`s a win-win situation: your wardrobe will become freer (and the energy will circulate a lot better) and you will have done a good deed.
