Signs you have clairvoyant abilities and how to develop them


If you have ever felt a strange feeling in a certain life situation or for a particular person, maybe you have tapped into these abilities. 
 Maybe it`s not just your imagination but rather you have clairvoyant abilities for real. 

Signs of clairvoyance

These are a few ways we can explain these strange life experiences.

1. Isolation

It`s interesting that people with such abilities need more time alone with themselves. This doesn`t necessarily mean that all of them are introverts. Garnier Color Sensations REVIEW

* The intense permanent color cream by Garnier is a very affordable and good product.

* It provides your hair with incredible shine (especially when it is daylight). 

* It gives extremely good coverage of grey hair. 

* It doesn`t exhaust the hair with many harsh chemicals unlike some other brands (Aroma Color for example). 

* I will give this product 4/5 stars because it is not entirely natural, however, I am very pleased with this color cream and I strongly recommend it.

Miss Sporty So Clear cover stick REVIEW


As said on the packaging:

prevents new skin imperfections

My opinion:
It is quite useful as a substitute for foundation. I`m using the shade 01. I usually don`t like applying foundation often at all so this product is a great way to make up for that. It has pretty good coverage that conceals imperfections easily. But note that you should apply it on very well-hydrated and clean skin, after all, it is a stick so it`s not recommended for more mature skin as well. I`ve been using this product for quite a while now and it doesn`t really lose its good qualities overtime. What is more - I love the fact it is antibacterial. All said on the packaging is correct information. 
However, I give this product 4/5 stars because it can`t be applied to every type of skin. 
To the question 'Do I recommend it?', I would answer 'Yes.'.

Bioten DETOX peel-off mask REVIEW


 - This peel-off mask is intended for normal and oily skin. 

 - It contains 84% natural ingredients.

 - How to use: It is applied to clean skin. When you apply it avoid the areas around the eyes, the lips, and the eyebrows. It can be used 1-2 times a week. 

 It won`t be overdone if I say that the product is doing its job perfectly - my pores are indeed cleaner now and my skin more mattified. I didn`t know what to expect from this product in the beginning but now I`m pleasantly surprised and I intend to use it more in the future. On the bottle, it says to wait for 20 minutes or until it gets dried on the skin before removing it. I recommend the second option. If the layer you have put on your skin is thicker then you`ll definitely need at least a bit more than 20 minutes. Other than that, everything is great about this product. I didn`t have any recommendations on how this product could be improved because I think it is great the way it is right now. 

 Therefore, I give this peel-off mask 5/5 stars! :)

How to have more energy

 Fatigue due to stress and poor diet is a common problem nowadays. But how can we prevent this from happening? I`ll give you some tips and if you do them regularly you`ll definitely find yourself more energized.

1. STOP DRINKING COFFEE. This may sound very ridiculous to you but in reality, coffee makes you more awake only for a short amount of time. After this period passes you want another cup of coffee just like an addict. Also, caffeine has negative effects on your health in general (apart from being addictive). Some producers of coffee lie about coffee being healthy just because they want to up the sales.

2. STOP EATING TOO MUCH BREAD. Bread nowadays is not what it was a century ago. There are all kinds of admixtures that are not healthy. In fact, it is imperative for people with certain types of diseases (such as diabetes) to eat whole grained bread only. If you can, stop eating bread for the most part of your meals. You`ll do yourself a favor.

3. WALKS OUTSIDE. It is imperative you walk outside at least 30 minutes a day. Movement, in general, is really healthy and while you walk you move your whole body.

4. MORE FRESH AIR. If the air where you are living in is polluted, you should try to get away from time to time to places with better air quality.

5. GET A STABLE MORNING ROUTINE. Don`t skip breakfast! Enough said.

6. TRY TO GO TO BED ON TIME. If you want to wake up early and not feel like s**t, then try to go to bed earlier! Your days will be longer and you`ll, presumably, have more time for your work.

7. TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM NEGATIVE PEOPLE. Negative doesn`t necessarily mean bad but maybe a certain person is bad for you in a particular situation. For example, a man that courts a woman, then shortly after dumps her without any explanation. He may have his reasons but without explaining them to the woman the whole situation ends up hurting the woman badly. So it`s only normal that negative consequences follow from this. Try to identify certain negative behaviors in people and if you think they may be bad for you - stay away from these people by any means.

Why should we recycle?
Our planet has reached a point where pollution is poisoning it and its inhabitants. Unfortunately, we are responsible for most of the pollution. We are poisoning ourselves. Our health suffers, everything is going down the drain because of our poor lifestyle choice which excludes recycling. 
I believe that no big attention-grabbing advertisements can make us do something that we don`t really want. But I also believe recycling is something that should be advertised more and is severely underrated. In the end, though, we have to make the choice for ourselves because no one else will do it for us. 
I`m telling you since I started recycling a lot of things changed in my life for better. And I know I am doing the right thing. This can only make a person truly happy. Mother Nature needs us and we need it to survive. There is no other right way to treat the emerging pollution problem other than recycling.

1.   Working on my book project.

3.   Improving my skills by reading articles on multiple subjects with pieces of advice.

4.   Watching YouTube videos that will help me keep up with what is going on in the world right now and listen to English.

5.   Listening to music that relaxes and music that lifts up the spirit.

6.   Updating my ads on a daily basis.

7.   Managing the family budget, as well as my own personal budget using MS Excel.

8.   Keeping the most important documentations because I am the head of the administration in my household so to speak.

9.   Working on the renovations whenever possible and, of course, updating the state of the living conditions of the household as a whole.

Details:
1. More than half of it is already ready.
2. There are some extremely great and exceptional people in my life which I am very grateful for.
3. I am also reading news sometimes. But what I do love reading is mainly health-related articles and horoscopes.
4. I get my inspiration from certain famous YouTubers whose names I won`t mention. I really think that sometimes people need to get out of their comfort zone in order to grow. Certain people on YouTube teach us how even different people (a lot different than us) can actually do things that are very similar to what we do and even we may see that they are not more skilled than us. What they teach us though is to have the courage to act no matter that you may not be the best of the best at what you do. The practice is key. Daily practice is required on your way to greatness.
5. Needless to say, I love some of the lyrics of the metal songs. I, myself, write poetry as a hobby. 
6. I like trading because I get to communicate with more people that way. I also get to earn money. It`s a win-win situation. 
7. I found out that MS Excel is quite helpful in my daily life. I`m now certified as well - having a certificate for Practical Application of MS Excel from the Bulgarian Industrial Association. 
8. With a risk of sounding a bit immodestly - I`m responsible for keeping very important things safe. 
9. The most important thing for me - no matter it`s the last on the list. This year my beloved helpers and I have done miracles regarding the renovations. However, this process is ongoing.

How to cleanse your home of negative energy

 Simple tips for dealing with the negative energy in your home:

1. In order to get rid of the negative energy in your home, first, you have to identify the areas of it that have it.

 Is there an area of your home that you avoid visiting regularly for some reason? If so, ask yourself why. Maybe there is too much clutter there or, perhaps, you are storing too many old and/or unwanted items there. Is there something there that needs to be fixed immediately but you just put it off for later? Or, perhaps, the area itself reminds you of something bad that happened there a long time ago. There are plenty of reasons why a home may have negative energy in it.

2. What to do once you know where the problem is. 

 Deal with the problem immediately without putting it off for later. Once you know where your home needs you the most - help it! By improving your home environment, you are helping yourself the most. Renovations are a great way to change the look and feel of a certain area. It doesn`t have to be something extraordinary pretentious. Sometimes all you have to do is to change a light bulb. Other times, the problem could be far more serious. Note that if your home hasn`t seen a good spring cleaning for more than 20 years, it can potentially take you a lot of time to deal with the accumulated clutter. So don`t try to do all the work in one day when it`s impossible.

3. Everybody wins. 

 Your home will look nicer and you will feel better much better once you change things a bit. Like I said, it doesn`t have to be something radical. Even something simple like putting a reed diffuser is enough sometimes.

4. Other practical tips.

 There are 3 basic and very important tips for making a space pleasant. Add light, fresh air, and colorful things. I would also add living flowers on this list.

5. What to avoid. 

 In general, avoid accumulating more clutter by not buying things that you are not going to use or things that take up way too much space and yet you use very rarely unless they are very important to you. Avoid using rooms not as intended. Such as eating your meals in your bedroom for example. It is good to break the rules once in a while with a bag of chips or two but bringing and eating whole meals regularly is not ok.

3. Associate with positive people. 

4. Good diet. It doesn`t have to be the most popular diet out there - but it has to be a diet that works for you personally.

5. Good personal hygiene. A very basic, yet important point.

6. Try something new every week.

7. Change your routine. You simply can`t expect things to change if you are always doing them in the same way.

8. Learn to appreciate the little things in life.

9. Stay in touch with nature.

For a healthy lifestyle

 A very huge part of healthy life includes healthy food choices. Here are some tips you can apply to your daily eating habits:


1. Don`t overeat. 



2. A balanced diet is a must.

3. Exclude white sugar completely from your diet plan.

4. Exclude fast food from your daily diet. 



5. Prepare your own food at home.

6. Eat less semimanifactured goods.

7. Eat more veggies.



8. Eat more fruits.

Bonus:



9. Don`t forget sports. If you can`t do sports professionally, then at least walk on foot for a while (some 30 minutes a day will do).

10. Prepare your meals way in advance. So number 4 will be much easier to achieve.
