S.he - colour & style - eyeshadow mono - review

  The pigment is barely there but the color has shiny particles which partly compensate for that. This light blue eyeshadow stays on the eyelids a tad longer than most I have tried so far. 4/5 stars. Even so, I intend to use it again.
