Omens for clothing and footwear

If you put your clothes inside out, it means that you will have trouble. If you get lost in the woods, you have to put your clothes inside out and you will find your way.

For your clothes not to wear out, their first dress should not be on a holiday. If you throw a shoe sole from an old shoe in the oven, you will have a lot of luck.

Don't just walk with one shoe, even for a little while, because one of the family may die. If you lose a glove, something very unpleasant will happen to you.


If any thread sticks out of a new garment, it heralds a long life. If, when going out, your garment gets stuck by the outer door, it means that you will be coming back to this place many times.

If you put on one of your socks inside out, you will be defeated - either directly or figuratively. If you fall asleep without noticing with just one sock, the person you are expecting will come from far away. If you go with a hat in your home, one of the family will become deaf.

The hat is not put on the table because it heralds scandals in the family. A woman who puts on a man's hat for a while will not cheat on her husband. If a man puts on a woman's hat, he will experience unexplained fears.

If you play with a hat and then put it on your head, you will suffer from a headache for a long time. If the skirt slides down, someone will do you magic.

If you put on your left shoe first, you won`t have luck all day long. You can counteract this by removing it immediately and putting on the right shoe first.

If you wear a sweater with the back in the front, it is a sign that you will soon be arguing with a close friend. As soon as you feel it, put on your blouse the right away.

Leaving your boot lying on the floor can be a sign of family quarrels. If you leave your shoes with their front facing the outer door, you will have to travel a long way.

How to have more energy

 Fatigue due to stress and poor diet is a common problem nowadays. But how can we prevent this from happening? I`ll give you some tips and if you do them regularly you`ll definitely find yourself more energized.

1. STOP DRINKING COFFEE. This may sound very ridiculous to you but in reality, coffee makes you more awake only for a short amount of time. After this period passes you want another cup of coffee just like an addict. Also, caffeine has negative effects on your health in general (apart from being addictive). Some producers of coffee lie about coffee being healthy just because they want to up the sales.

2. STOP EATING TOO MUCH BREAD. Bread nowadays is not what it was a century ago. There are all kinds of admixtures that are not healthy. In fact, it is imperative for people with certain types of diseases (such as diabetes) to eat whole grained bread only. If you can, stop eating bread for the most part of your meals. You`ll do yourself a favor.

3. WALKS OUTSIDE. It is imperative you walk outside at least 30 minutes a day. Movement, in general, is really healthy and while you walk you move your whole body.

4. MORE FRESH AIR. If the air where you are living in is polluted, you should try to get away from time to time to places with better air quality.

5. GET A STABLE MORNING ROUTINE. Don`t skip breakfast! Enough said.

6. TRY TO GO TO BED ON TIME. If you want to wake up early and not feel like s**t, then try to go to bed earlier! Your days will be longer and you`ll, presumably, have more time for your work.

7. TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM NEGATIVE PEOPLE. Negative doesn`t necessarily mean bad but maybe a certain person is bad for you in a particular situation. For example, a man that courts a woman, then shortly after dumps her without any explanation. He may have his reasons but without explaining them to the woman the whole situation ends up hurting the woman badly. So it`s only normal that negative consequences follow from this. Try to identify certain negative behaviors in people and if you think they may be bad for you - stay away from these people by any means.
