SUN PROTECTION

 A lot of people underestimate the need for using sun protective lotions on their bodies and on their faces. They shouldn`t. Even those who use such products tend to use it not as much as they should. It doesn`t matter what colour your skin is, you need to protect yourself from the very dangerous UV sun rays.

When it comes to using sun products, it is good to know that the best products out there are said to protect against both UVA and UVB rays. Another important thing you should know is that if your skin is white, you should always choose at least 30 SPF. This is the golden standard and the European recommendation for sun protection. And another VERY important thing is that you should buy two products - one for the face and neck and another for your body. It is not by accident that they are two separate kinds of lotion. The skin on our faces is very sensitive when it comes to treatment. This is why YOU SHOULD NEVER use sun cream made for your body on your face. Just don`t. 

BONUS: Remember to stay well hydrated. It will balance your mood and your skin will look better. Using hydrating sun lotions, as well as hydrating body and face creams will make your skin look young for longer. You should stress on this part of your beauty routine, if you don`t want to use excessive amounts of makeup. This is a very natural way to care for your face, if you don`t like wearing foundation and you don`t need to wear foundation (or at least not every day).

It is a unique product made by Rimmel London. Note that this review is NOT SPONSORED. Never have I bean so pleasantly surprised by another BB cream so far. I don`t know whether this is due to lack of experience in this make-up direction but it is by far the best one (or should I say a perfect match for me :D) that I`ve tried. 

Its effect is: very good coverage - almost like the one you can get from some foundations, if not from all of them, the difference being that this BB cream stays very light on the skin. It also has more than decent SPF factor. Its price is not high, so more people can afford it which is good. On the label you can actually see it`s a product 9 in 1 which is another great plus. The only thing I didn`t like about it was my choice of color - I think it is a tad darker than it should be for my skin. I should have taken some ivory-like one but I think there wasn`t any at the store right then. Besides, ivory would have probably made me look very pale, so I guess I didn`t go all that wrong with this color.

I recommend it for sure. If this product had like two buttons like there are on youtube, I would have definitely hit the like button.

 Many of us have cars, some of us even several. We don`t really pay attention to how much our cars emit dangerous toxins into the air. One of the main reasons for global warming is not other than the carbon dioxide. Traffic in the big cities contributes for the worsening of the quality of the air we breathe every day which leads to many health problems. Using public transportation when you`re not in a hurry can make your life easier. One of the biggest benefits of that except saving a buck or two is the convenience of not having to drive yourself. For those of us who don`t like driving or don`t know how to, this is the safer option. Of course, it`s not only wine and roses in the public buses but it`s really preferable at times.

 Another tip is that one should use less chemicals in one`s life. Overall, chemicals in any form are dangerous and lead to health problems like allergies and others. Using less make-up may be a good idea. Also using paraben-free products. Kids` shampoos and soaps are the best in that department. That`s probably the reason I like such soaps. Family friendly shampoos for all hair types are also a very good choice. When you use shampoo use the smallest possible amount of it. Also, when you use chemicals to clean (whatever it is you`re cleaning) do the same - don`t use much of the product. Needless to say, again you`re saving both money and the environment this way. 

 Using high energy class appliances such as the refrigerator, the cooker, the washing machine and the water heater can have a positive effect on your electricity bill. They should be at least class A. It`s an investment that will pay you off in the long run. Increasing the temperature a bit in your refrigerator is effective in order to save more and use less electricity. Also, decreasing the temperature of your water heater is another good habit to develop. Did you know that it is proven very cold water kills bacteria as effective as very hot water?
