Scientists state that little changes in our everyday life can be quite favorable for health.
To stand in the crowded bus on your way to work, holding your lunch in hand, can appear as a disagreeable part of life but a few researchers found that this is good for health because it is the key to maintaining a good shape, as said in the Daily Telegraph.
According to scientists from Harvard University, if a man eats 11 times a week for lunch or dinner, the risk for developing diabetes type 2 drops down with 13 percent.
In the research about the benefit of homemade food, scientists have followed almost 100 000 people for more than 36 years.
Japanese scientists from Moriguchi Health Centre again founded that people who travel to work with public transport, and not with an automobile, are 34 percent less endangered by diabetes type 2, with 27 percent less endangered by high blood pressure and with 44 percent by overweight.
They`ve been keeping track of 5000 people going to work with transport. The scientists founded that traveling by bus or tram reduces the danger of diabetes much more than walking or riding a bike. A possible reason for this, according to them, is that because of public transport people walk a lot more.
'People should rethink using public transport instead of an automobile as a part of the provided everyday time for the motion', says Dr. Zong.

The third research in Canada founded that people who live in neighborhoods where they can go to the supermarket on foot, and not with an automobile, have high blood pressure two times less.
Scientists compared 1057 couples who moved from a neighborhood without conditions for motion into one where they can go on foot with couples who moved into such equally uncomfortable for walks area. The results show that with more motion the risk from high blood pressure drops down by 54 percent.
Taken together the three researches show even little changes in our life can bring a big benefit for our health.
