4. Walks. Walks. And more walks. Sometimes you`ll probably feel like it is too much you can`t handle at home. But whatever the reason is, my advice to you is to take a walk. Sometimes a 30-50 minute walk can do miracles to your wellbeing. It is therapeutic and can clear your head right away.
5. Connect with people. Don`t wait around for people to call you - call them instead. Your friends and family will appreciate the gesture and your communication with them are adamant nonetheless.
