Recepy - Vegetable Soup with Meat

1. We boil pre-salted water (around 2l).

2. We cut meat (pork or chicken meat - around 200-300gr) into smaller pieces and we add it to the already boiling water or before the water boils. Both ways are acceptable. 

3. We cut one white onion and one big carrot into smaller pieces and then add them to the rest ingredients in the water we have added so far.

4. We fry a bit of flour in a pan (for around 10 minutes) so we can stir it with the other ingredients almost at the end of the soup`s cooking cycle. 

5. We use "Picantina" seasoning for soups. When added, it must boil not more than 10 minutes altogether. The quantity of it per 2l of water should be just one table spoon. Not more. 





6. Optionally, we add a pinch or two pinches of garlic powder at the very end and stir again.
