Diet plan to lose weight

                                                                   1. Moderate coffee intake. No more than 2 cups a day.


                                                                        2. No bread and other doughy foods.
                        

                                                                                                    3. Salads.


4. Fewer carbohydrates.

5. Less sugar in any form.


6. Lean proteins.


7. No red meats.
