Healthy habits you must adopt

                   1. Do more cleaning in your house, stop hoarding, use more light and air.


                               2. Practice self-respect and respect towards other people.

                                      3. Clear your mind of stupid unnecessary things.

             4. Do hobbies which you find relaxing (painting, fashion, reading, listening to music, etc).


                     5. Eat healthier - eat more fruits and veggies and use wholegrain products.

                                                  6. Last but not least - exercise regularly.
